Sumario:Progressive Macular Hypomelanosis (PMH) is a common but often misdiagnosed disorder of acquired hypopigmentation. An adolescent female presented with irregular, hypopigmented patches ultimately diagnosed as PMH. Complete repigmentation was achieved with narrowband UVB phototherapy, benzoyl peroxide wash, and clindamycin lotion.
