Sumario:Melanoma is the most deadly form of skin cancer. While the jejunum, ileum, colon, and rectum are common gastrointestinal sites of metastasis, metastatic melanoma to the stomach is rare and usually not discovered until late in the disease. We report a patient who presented with weight loss and hematemesis; on esophagogastroduodenoscopy, a gastric mass was found, and pathology was consistent with melanoma.
