Gingival telangiectases due to dermatomyositis
We report the case of a 36‐year‐old woman who was referred to our hospital with a 10‐week history of intractable gingivitis. Gingival telangiectases may represent the sign of dermatomyositis. Early identification is essential for diagnosis and immediate treatment.[Image: see text]
