Sumario:PURPOSE: To understand French people's experience of the Covid-19 health crisis and to study how they manage to adapt to confinement. METHODS: Since March 21, 2020, an ongoing e-survey is being conducted with a qualitative (narrative data) and quantitative approach aimed at describing people's barriers measures and confinement compliance. Intermediate descriptive analysis of numerical data has been performed using t test and c(2) test, as appropriate. Comparison were made between people with/without chronic disease. RESULTS: 549 men (24,2%) and women answered the e-survey from March 21 to April 16, 2020 (Table 1). We found poor difference between people with/without chronic disease. Surprisingly, they seemed to go out as often. Medical reasons were more frequent in cardiac patients than in persons without any disease. CONCLUSION: Preliminary results show surprising comparable behaviors between people with/without chronic disease who still go out despite the stay at home recommendations. Further qualitative analysis of narratives will help to understand how people decide to apply recommendations to stay at home or to go out. Complete results of this study could guide public health recommendations during pandemics.
