Coincidence of Large Adrenal Cyst and Prominent Hyporeninemic Hyperaldosteronism

A 67-year-old Japanese woman who had end-stage renal disease was referred to our hospital for kidney transplantation. Abdominal CT revealed a large adrenal mass with inhomogeneity.
