Case Report: Ascending Aortic Pseudo-Aneurysm Following Ventricular Septal Defect Repair in a 4-Year-Old Girl

Pseudo-aneurysm is a fatal disease, and the main cause of death is massive hemorrhage secondary to the rupture of the aneurysm.
