Sumario:Processed nerve allografts (PNA) have increasingly been used as alternative to autogenous nerve grafts to repair nerve injuries in oral-maxillofacial surgeries. This case report describes an immediate PNA reconstruction of infraorbital nerve injury sustained during the ablation of a large expansile polyostotic fibrous dysplasia centered in the left maxilla.
