Sumario:SUMMARY: aCLImatise is a utility for automatically generating tool definitions compatible with bioinformatics workflow languages, by parsing command-line help output. aCLImatise also has an associated database called the aCLImatise Base Camp, which provides thousands of pre-computed tool definitions.
