Hoffa fracture combined with rotational dislocation of the knee joint: A novel case report

RATIONALE: Hoffa fracture is a rare fracture confined to the coronal-plane involving femoral condyles. This occurs simultaneously with rotational dislocation of the knee joint is extremely rare.
