Here, we describe a case of acute intestinal obstruction caused by internal herniation in a patient with muscle-invasive urinary bladder carcinoma who underwent robot-assisted radical cystectomy with an ileal conduit. We also discuss the management of adjuvant chemotherapy-induced leukopenia.
