Labor induction in pregnancy complicated by myelodysplastic syndrome: A case report

Pregnancy may aggravate myelodysplastic syndrome. Cross‐matched platelets can be used in cases of refractory thrombocytopenia. Vaginal delivery can be attempted if the platelet count is at least 20 × 10(9)/L.
