description Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is an uncommon neoplasm of the skin and soft tissue, commonly appearing on the trunk and extremities. We present a case of a 28-year- old female with a skin lesion on the breast associated with an underlying breast lump. We aim to discuss the sonographic and magnetic resonance findings of breast dermatofibrosarcoma.
