Coadministration of tizanidine and ciprofloxacin: a retrospective analysis of the WHO pharmacovigilance database

PURPOSE: Tizanidine, an alpha-adrenergic substance with antinociceptive and antihypertensive effects, is extensively metabolized via cytochrome P450 (CYP) 1A2.
