Der stationäre Suizid an der Abteilung für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Klagenfurt – eine 10-Jahres-Bilanz

Inpatient suicide is defined as suicide during full or partial hospitalisation that takes place either on the hospital premises (hospital suicide) or during the course of exits and periods of leave, in the hospital grounds or elsewhere. In this work, a descriptive epidemiological account is given of a total of 18 inpatient suicides committed inpatient over the last 10 years during stays at the psychiatric ward of a hospital that provides full mandatory care.
