Pseudoprevotella muciniphila gen. nov., sp. nov., a mucin-degrading bacterium attached to the bovine rumen epithelium

A Gram-negative, strictly anaerobic mucin-degrading bacterium, which we designated strain E39(T), was isolated from the rumen epithelium of Korean cattle.
