Photoinduced swing of a diarylethene thin broad sword shaped crystal: a study on the detailed mechanism
We report a swinging motion of photochromic thin broad sword shaped crystals upon continuous irradiation with UV light. By contrast in thick crystals, photosalient phenomena were observed.
