Nontraumatic Tibial Polyethylene Insert Cone Fracture in Rotating-Platform Total Knee Arthroplasty

We report a case of a fracture through the polyethylene (PE) insert cone in a rotating-platform (RP) primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA) implant.
