Membranous Nephropathy With Monoclonal IgM Lambda Deposits in a Patient With IgM Monoclonal Gammopathy: A Case Report

We report a case of membranous nephropathy with monoclonal immunoglobulin (Ig)M lambda deposits in a patient with IgM monoclonal gammopathy, in whom histological changes were observed on repeat renal biopsy.
