Sumario:THE AIM: The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of burn-out among health professionals working in public health surveillance units COVID-19 in Morocco. METHOD: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive and analytical study carried out over two months among 135 health professionals and support professionals of COVID-19 health surveillance units in Morocco. RESULTS: The majority (84.44%) of participants was in burn-out situation; the severe level of burn-out was found among 19 (14.07%) cases, the moderate level of burn-out among 22 (16.29%) cases and the low level of burn-out among 73 (54.07%) cases. CONCLUSION: Our results highlight the psychological, emotional and the physical impact induced by the context in terms of workload and highly stressful individual, social and professional conditions.
