Sumario:A 76-year-old woman with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia presented to the emergency department with chest pain. Workup revealed multiple bilateral pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs) with large aneurysmal venous outflow. A collaborative approach between interventional radiology and thoracic surgery was used in the treatment of these PAVMs.
