Sumario:Three collaborative studies published by the groups of Vogelstein, Gabelli, and Zhou report the development of specially designed bispecific antibodies that may help in overcoming the limitations of current immunotherapies. The bispecific antibodies have been designed to couple cells harboring HLA‐presented tumor‐specific antigens from Tp53 mutant or Ras mutant with CD4 and CD8 T cells, thus facilitating immune‐mediated clearance of the cancer cells.[Image: see text]
