Pulmonary coinfection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Tropheryma whipplei: a case report

BACKGROUND: We diagnosed a clinical case of pulmonary infection involving Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Tropheryma whipplei in a patient with acute respiratory distress syndrome.
