Molecular characterization of clinical carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales from Qatar
One hundred forty-nine carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales from clinical samples obtained between April 2014 and November 2017 were subjected to whole genome sequencing and multi-locus sequence typing.
