Sumario:A 40-year-old woman with history of atopy and peripheral eosinophilia presented with clinical signs of heart failure. Echocardiography revealed a restrictive cardiomyopathy with biventricular thrombi. Hypereosinophilic syndrome resulting in eosinophilic myocarditis (Loeffler’s syndrome) was diagnosed.
