Sumario:An 84-year-old man was admitted to the authors’ hospital for the treatment of intermittent claudication. Angiography revealed an exophytic calcified nodules in the distal superficial femoral artery. Angioscopy also revealed abundant exophytic atherosclerotic calcification.
