Sumario:SARS-CoV-2 which causes COVID-19 has been a great challenge to treat and deal with; despite strict measures that had been implemented by governments and organizations, worrying rates of morbidity and mortality are still being reported. Although available data have expressed that moderate or even mild forms of the disease are expected amongst most pediatrics cases, minimal data are available on the prognosis and the disease's complications on the immunocompromised, especially oncology patients. We report a case of relapsed precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia of a child with Down syndrome and COVID-19 and outline the treatment regimen that we used.
