Sumario:Cryoballoon ablation therapy is increasingly used for pulmonary vein isolation. Its safety and efficacy profile is comparable to that of radiofrequency ablation therapy. Double-wall cryoballoon breaches have been described in published reports. This report presents a case of single-wall cryoballoon rupture captured under fluoroscopy, with no adverse effect on the patient. (Level of Difficulty: Intermediate.)
