Sumario:Transcatheter aortic valve replacement is currently used off-label for noncalcified aortic valve regurgitation and therefore is restricted to selected cases. In this setting we describe a rare complication of Sapien 3 (Edwards Lifesciences, Irvine, California) embolization from the left ventricle to the descending aorta. Given their technical challenges, such procedures require specific considerations and management. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.)
