Pancreatic Hamartoma Difficult to Diagnose Preoperatively

Abdominal ultrasonography in a 70-year-old woman showed a hypoechoic mass, 14 mm in diameter, in the pancreatic body. Computed tomography showed a mass with contrast effect in the pancreatic body.
