Dissection of Cervical Lymph Node Metastasis With Internal Jugular-Subclavian Venous Junction Invasion Via an Approach Involving Resection of the Margin of the Medial Clavicle

We report here a patient with a massive lymphatic metastasis involving the internal jugular-subclavian venous (IJ-SCV) junction that was safely resected with a new surgical procedure without significant complications.
