Sumario:The priapism secondary to the tumor metastasis to penis is rare. We described a case of a patient with priapism caused by the metastasis of renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy. The previous reported cases found in the literature were reviewed. The pathophysiology, diagnosis, management and prognosis were discussed. Renal cell carcinoma metastasis to penis usually represents a more advanced stage of disease and carries a poor prognosis. The therapy is only palliative.
