Vagus nerve neuropathy related to SARS COV-2 infection
A 38-year-old woman with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection developed dysphagia to both solids and liquids. A fiberoptic nasolaryngoscopy and a videofluoroscopy swallowing study showed right vocal cord paresis, tenth cranial nerve neuropathy, as well as oral, hypopharynx, and supraglottic hypoesthesia....
