Sumario: | Ovarian lymphoma is an uncommon malignancy with the incidence of primary ovarian lymphoma being ever rarer. Majority of patients with ovarian lymphoma tend to present with symptoms of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, loss of weight or appetite, and are usually found to have an ovarian mass. Postmenopausal bleeding (PMB) is not a symptom that is usually associated with ovarian pathology. This case report gives an account of how the patient presented to us, and the investigations and treatments offered that led to the final outcome. |
