Vulvar Crohn’s disease in an adolescent diagnosed after unsuccessful surgical treatment

BACKGROUND: This case report presents a case of Vulvar Crohn’s disease (VCD) in an adolescent, that is an uncommon manifestation of Crohn’s disease (CD) without gastrointestinal symptoms.
