Sumario:Voice diagnostics before and after phonosurgical interventions should aim at detailed planning of surgical techniques and evaluability of postoperative outcome. They should consider multimodal concepts and include measurements of perceptual voice analysis, laryngostroboscopy, voice acoustics, aerodynamics, and self-evaluation by the patients. Selected methods for voice diagnostics should reflect current knowledge and define the departmental procedure.
