This pristine drug delivery system, according to literature, desists showing any undesirable effects on other parts of the body and bestows several other benefits. From nature-derived Curcumin to laboratory-made Doxorubicin, literature proclaims many such drugs used in nanofibrous drug delivery. Also, multi-drug delivery has been reported to exhibit enhanced properties. The present review exhibits the unrealized potential of nanofibrous drug delivery in chemotherapy. |
