Upper GI Bleeding Secondary to Radiation Gastritis in a Patient with Preexisting Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy

We commonly see patients presenting with either portal hypertensive gastropathy (PHG) or radiation gastritis. Radiation-induced hemorrhagic gastritis is an unusual lethal complication postradiation.
