We corrected the wrong name of the primers used in this study. The correct name should be Bakt_341F (5’-CGCTCTTCCGATCTCTGCCTACGGGNGGCWGCAG-3’) and Bakt_805R (5’-TGCTCTTCCGATCTGACGACTACHVGGGTATCTAATCC-3’).
