Because of anatomical and physiological anomalies in the systemic and pulmonary circulation, corrective surgery may be challenging. We present the case of a patient with DORV and PA. This condition was successfully corrected using a modified Nikaidoh procedure, resulting in reduced obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract.
