Sumario: | Double outlet right ventricle (DORV) with pulmonary atresia (PA) is an uncommon congenital disease. Because of anatomical and physiological anomalies in the systemic and pulmonary circulation, corrective surgery may be challenging. We present the case of a patient with DORV and PA. This condition was successfully corrected using a modified Nikaidoh procedure, resulting in reduced obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract. |
