Multiple skin ulceration and itch–scratch cycle in a diabetic patient
Diabetic patients sometimes present generalized pruritus. Severe itching can cause an itch‐scratch cycle, resulting in distress and impaired quality of life, but skin ulceration is a rare manifestation.[Image: see text]
