Sumario:A new species, Elachistaolekarsholtisp. nov., is described from Henan, China. The habitus and male genitalia are diagnosed and illustrated in detail. This is the first record of the Elachistasaccharella species group in China. Identification keys to the Asian species of Elachistasaccharella species group, based on male and female genitalia, are provided.
