description Phenomenon of induced delusional disorder has a relatively long, controversial history of conceptualization. It is a rare entity and goes undiagnosed mostly as only the primary partner is brought to clinical attention. We present a case series of induced delusional disorder with different presentations. For effective management, understanding the dynamics of relationship shared by the partners and addressing the biopsychosocial factors are crucial. Failure to adhere to treatment poses additional challenge in these cases.
