We present the case of a 30-year-old man who presented with a painful cutaneous nodular lesion; biopsy and immunohistochemical stains were consistent with classic HL. The patient was treated with adriamycin, bleomycin, vinblastin, and dacarbazine (ABVD) with complete remission.
