Sumario: | The present study is devoted to the analysis of a survey of 20 professionals from the health and social sector who used telephone and online tools to ensure psychosocial care of children and adolescents during the first lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Changed framework conditions, the lack of personal contact and effects on the treatment (including relationship, content, methodology) were described as negative aspects of distant treatment. A change in privacy and setting were seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage. Continuity, flexibility and anonymity were highlighted as positive. |
