Chlorin e6-Biotin Conjugates for Tumor-Targeting Photodynamic Therapy

To improve the tumor-targeting efficacy of photodynamic therapy, biotin was conjugated with chlorin e6 to develop a new tumor-targeting photosensitizer, Ce6-biotin.
