Sumario:The pandemic has placed physicians in front of complex deontological and ethical questions. The French medical Council has mobilized on issues falling within its missions to support physicians while ensuring the best interests of patients. This was, despite the difficulties, to preserve the deontological principles that frame the medical profession and the values of medical ethics that guide practices. This reflection is to be continued. Indeed, collective vigilance is necessary both to preserve the values on which the humanism of care is based and to avoid abuses that would accompany the rapid changes in professional practices accelerated by the pandemic.
