Sumario: | Bechet's disease is a multisystemic inflammatory disease of unknown causes, characterized by painful oral and genitalia ulcers, eye involvement, and other systemic manifestation. Bechet's disease is a clinical diagnosis with no specific laboratory test and rarely encountered in urological practices. Here, we are reporting a case of Bechet's diseases in a patient who presented with painful scrotal ulcers underwent examination under anesthesia to role out scrotal abscess and histopathology evaluation of scrotal skin biopsy supporting the diagnosis of Bechet's disease. |
