Herein, we describe a case of a GBS in an 85-year-old patient infected with SARS-CoV-2, manifested with acute progressive symmetric ascending quadriparesis, urinary dysautonomia, and dysphagia, who responded well to treatment with intravenous human immunoglobulin.
