description Sacrococcygeal chordoma is a rare disease. It has been described in less than 3% of cases. We here report the case of a female patient with locally advanced sacrococcygeal chordoma treated at the Oujda Regional Oncology Center in Morocco. The treatment was based on exclusive radiotherapy; surgical resection couldn’t be performed. At 2-year follow-up the tumor is clinically and radiologically stable and general condition of the patient is good.
