description AIM: The aim of this study was to examine the effects of a mobile web‐based self‐management program on menopausal symptoms, self‐efficacy and quality of life in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy‐induced amenorrhoea. DESIGN: A quasi‐experimental pretest–posttest design with repeated measures. METHODS: The study was carried out at a university medical centre between October 2017 and September 2018. The intervention group received a 12‐week mobile web‐based self‐management program including education and coaching/support. Multiple instruments were used to measure menopausal symptoms, self‐efficacy, and quality of life at pre‐test, after the intervention (post‐test), and 3 months post‐intervention (follow‐up test). Repeated measure ANOVA was used to analyse the data. RESULTS: In the intervention group, menopausal symptoms were significantly improved compared to the control group at the follow‐up test. In the follow‐up test, the intervention group's self‐efficacy and quality of life were significantly improved, whereas that of the control group was decreased.
